True Grain Courtenay

Wife and I went for a coffee whilst waiting for a local shop to open. A good choice. Had a cinnamon bun which we both thought the best we have ever tasted. The speedy buns we took for lunch also excellent. Staff very helpful and entertaining not surprising there were many returning customers

Best sausage roll I've ever tasted!! (And that's a big deal, coming from a Brit) The vegan sandwich was also amazing lots of delicious fillings and home made warm bread. We will be back!

Cinnamon Buns are likely THE best on Vancouver Island. Made in smaller quantities than other top-ranked Ladysmith Bakery, may be the key factor!

The staff are so friendly and fun here! Best sandwich and London fog I’ve had. A must visit if you’re in the area!!! 10/10

Went to Frankie Jo's today to try one of their cinnamon buns. Cinnamon buns sell fast and were gone. I had the vegetable tart instead and it was absolutely more than I expected! So much vegetables and flavour! It also was quite filling. I'm already planning to grab some of these for a upcoming camping trip! Flavour party!
