Dunkin' - Coventry

I absolutely love this Dunkin'! The staff is incredible—most of them recognize me by name and remember my usual order! A big shoutout to Tasha; the customer service here is top-notch, and I also want to give a huge thank you to both Jens! You all are fantastic!

This Dunkin' was very clean. I needed to use the restroom, and I found it to be spotless as well. I wanted to order a glazed donut, but unfortunately, they were out, which was a bit disappointing. However, my iced coffee drinks were delicious and just right.

The experience can vary depending on the staff, as you might find yourself occasionally having to show them how to use their own point-of-sale system. However, overall, it’s not a bad place.
