Kfc - Coventry

This is by far the best KFC in the state of Rhode Island. Food was made great to order. I maybe waited about 10mins. Food was super hot and crispy. Workers even made sure i had extra sauce and napkins in the bag. 10/10! I wish i could give this placemore than five star rating

Got my order right bc when i got home gravy containers weren't on all the way and it was a mess and inside my other food

I ordered a BBQ chicken little, which I've always enjoyed in the past, but this time I was told they couldn't put the sauce on the chicken; instead, they would put it on the side. Unfortunately, they never provided the sauce, yet I was still charged for it! Additionally, I tried the spicy mac bowl, and it was swimming in an overwhelming amount of bright orange greasy liquid. I had to pour out about a quarter cup of grease! At that point, I felt nauseous and couldn't even think about eating that mess. On top of that, I paid $12 for the mac bowl and one chicken little (plus the sauce I never received). No, thank you! It’s no surprise that so many KFC locations are closing down. This place is just bad.

I ordered online and, after seeing a staff member eat while packing orders, I had to wait twenty minutes just to hear the manager say they had just received my order and didn’t have any chicken. This was at 6:30 PM. I find this place laughable, and it always has been.

The food was tasty, but the prices were quite high for what you received. We got just two small pieces of chicken—a single breast and one wing—along with a biscuit and some disappointing fries. There was no coleslaw included, and considering the cost, I expected a better portion size. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least provide a more generous serving.
