There aren't many vegan options available in the area, so Bruchelle's flexibility in accommodating vegan requests and serving delicious menu items is truly appreciated.

I enjoyed a straightforward breakfast consisting of a sesame bagel with vegan cream cheese and a coffee, both of which were excellent. The restaurant was very quiet in the morning, but it became quite busy as the day went on, with lines stretching to the door. Overall, it's a fantastic spot!

The owner follows a vegan lifestyle, and I've heard that there will be additional vegan options coming soon when they update the menu. We'll definitely return!
