Bidra med feedbackI love the food!!! Delicious, best chips I've had! And very fast food service.
We just ate there for the first time and the food was cold and the service was very poor. We were one of 3 tables in the entire place. Won't go back.
One of the best places to eat in Miami County. I am partial to their arroz con pollo with flan for dessert. Yummy!
The rest of our meals were as described on the menu, but the rice was bright orange, cold, and had some hard bits in it. Our server was incredibly inattentive; she never checked in on us or asked if we needed any refills. After bringing out our food, she ignored us until the end of our meal. When we finally expressed our disappointment to her, she simply walked away. When it was time for the bill, the manager did take $2 off the salad and offered another 15% discount, which we accepted, but it felt inadequate. We just didn't want to deal with it any longer. We used to love this place as our go-to Mexican restaurant, but not anymore. We won't be coming back.
When our combo platters were served faster than a meal at Taco Bell, I realized the food wasn't freshly made, and I was right. Everything had clearly been microwaved. The canned, bland beans were tasteless, and the minute rice was just as bad. The burrito and enchilada were filled with some awful fake cheese that resembled cheese whiz, making both dishes inedible. When the server returned, I asked her to take away the untouched platter due to the terrible food. She removed it without a word and walked away—no apology or offer to replace it with something else. The only positive aspect of the experience was that we weren't charged for the dish. I've had better meals from TV dinners, and this place is a significant disappointment for Covington. It deserves much better than what this restaurant offers.
