I've visited this restaurant several times in the past without any problems, but this time I had a frustrating experience. I ordered three different three-piece tender combos, but there was no screen to confirm my order. It wasn't until I got home, 15 minutes later, that I discovered my order had been processed as dark meat three-piece meals instead. I tried calling the number on the receipt for 40 minutes with no answer, and the number listed on maps was busy for the same duration. I finally submitted a review online, but I doubt anyone will respond. This was a complete waste of $30!

This is without a doubt the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. There were several people loitering and chatting, including the manager. All the trash cans were overflowing, even the one in the men's restroom. Trash littered the floor in the restroom and throughout the dining area. None of the tables had been cleaned. However, the food was quite good!

The staff was rude and seemed disorganized, as they couldn't even pack the order properly—they just tossed everything into the bag before handing it out the window. This was the worst Popeyes experience I've ever had. I definitely do not recommend this location.
