Im in line right now as we speak and it 12:15pm and no one is speaking thro the intercom and I?v been here for 30 min so far, at this point do these ppl want their job ? Cause it doesn?t seem like theydo.. the date is 11/14/22. This is ridicules honestly..
The employees tonight have an attitude. They also ran out of the doritos locos tacos and instead of telling us they took it upon themselves to substitute what they chose. Went back through the drive through and they said that's just what we get becausethat's what they are substituting with so there was no option of anything else or a refund... lady running the drive throughwindow was very disrespectful.... this location has gone even more down hill since the remodel. Spend the money finding betterstaff and paying decent people more
The staff at this location is really friendly. My order was accurate and well-prepared, and the team was attentive. This place is definitely much better than the Oakwood, GA location. Great job!
After that, we thought we were out of luck for satisfying our hunger. Then, just two minutes later, my phone rang. It was Taco Bell calling back! Raphael offered to ask what we wanted and said he would deliver it to us. True to his word, he arrived about ten minutes later with a big smile and cheerfully announced, “Special Delivery!” His kindness and understanding really made a difference. I doubt any other place would have gone to such lengths. Sometimes, it's the small gestures that have the biggest impact in life. Thank you, Raphael, for your exceptional dedication!
I highly recommend this place during the day. The staff is really friendly and remembers the regulars. However, the night shift is a completely different experience. Between the hours of 8 PM and 10 PM, my order is always wrong, and I’m not sure why.
