Bidra med feedbackIf you are the franchise owner, please take note - this restaurant needs more employees for late night shifts. Covington can get very busy late at night, especially on weekends, and having only 2-3 workers means that customers have to wait 20-30 minutes just to look at the menu. I have no issues with the hardworking employees, who are probably underpaid, but I do have a problem with the terrible owners and general managers who are not providing enough staff and making customers wait unnecessarily long just to order.
I was not impressed with this restaurant. The shift is poorly managed by Sonya/Tonya. I would not recommend it and will not be returning.
They sit on the road approx. 5 minutes to order at the loudspeaker. after a young man had run on the car, he cried into the loudspeaker! I said my fiancée should go up to the window. they saw a dame that coerced, and the fiancée hobbed the autohorn and asks if they take orders? No, we are closed, you can see that I have no headset. my fiancée said as if your lights are off, and let customers know you're closed. as the lady said, f her. very bad customer service for a multi-million dollar business.
The bathroom was not clean. It looked like someone had recently cleaned the men's sink. The food was just okay. The restaurant appeared to be relatively new and well-maintained.
As you see the recipe says no onion, no tomato... I was the only customer.. do not understand how they messed this up...
