Wendy's - Covington

Great Wendys restaurant at this point. I used the ride, it was just after dinner. There was a car in front of me and it took no time to pay my order and pick it up the next window. The staff was friendly, friendly and very professional, they were quick to give me everything that was in my order. My food was fresh and the appropriate temperature for the ordered items. I have no complaints. Job did well to put my order together and get me on the way.

The service and food are good, but ever since COVID began in 2020, fast food no longer feels fast. I've consistently found myself waiting at least 20 minutes at various Wendy's locations, and at the Covington, GA site, I once waited a staggering 48 minutes in line.

I go there all the time for the chili and chicken nuggets. I absolutely love them!

I just want to thank Wendy for her excellent customer service and for my delicious bag!
