Just experienced a 10inch birthday cake from Zoe's bakery. It was outstanding No comparison locally. He uses the freshest of ingredients plus the cake is a show stopper.
I don't know what to say. Perhaps I am just the exception of not liking the cake and tart from there. To Each His Own…
The owner is lovely and the quality of the product is unmatched!
Best bakery in St Tammany a little pricey but you get more than what you pay for
