Costa Coffee - Craigavon

I'm extremely disappointed because I ordered the Blueberry Bubble Frappe and it didn't look like it did in the picture. It tasted terrible.

The restaurant was extremely unclean despite being not very busy. The staff were seen using their hands to wipe cups before placing them on trays, and were unable to acknowledge any issue with this practice when questioned.

Visited on a Saturday morning, there was no que and I was still really disappointed by the extremely slow service, and also the mistake in the order

Stopped here for a coffee and breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee and toastie was good

I visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday. As someone who frequents Costa regularly, I believe that more training is needed on how to properly make a latte. Despite the establishment being very busy, being served something that resembles hot milk is not acceptable. I observed other customers also receiving subpar lattes. While I cannot speak for the quality of other coffees, I am aware that staff undergo regular training and testing. It is disappointing that they still struggle to make a proper drink. Additionally, the staff appeared overwhelmed when collecting trays and cups, lacking a smile.
