Absolutely amazing place to eat for breakfast or enjoy for ice cream
This is horrible place came in today at 3;30 the guy with glasses and the women bad customer service if you don’t like your job don’t work and don’t give attitude to the customer that’s just trying ti buy ice cream this please need to update with their workers bad attitude bad place
Got 4 ice creams and a shake. Toppings that were requested not added on. Hurried us away like the faster you are out here the better. No one behind us , the place was not busy. Too bad because the ice cream is good but service is not.
Worst customer service. I pulled up to the drive thru and was told “one second”, I waited for 10 minutes before someone took my order and the place was empty. I ordered 2 lattes, which took 5 minutes to order because the person did not know what they were doing. They then asked out loud “do you know how to make one?” Which I thought they were asking me, turns out no one in the store knew what they were doing. I pull up to the window and see the younger guy with glasses having trouble using the espresso machine. The older guy then tried to help and they couldn’t figure it out, so they decide to hand me 2 ice coffees instead (which tasted worse than anything I’ve ever had and was also not what I ordered). Before paying, I asked if the drinks had espresso because I knew they didn’t, and the guy lied and said yes. Anyone that knows what a latte looks like would know that these were not lattes. A latte is mainly milk with either 1/2 espresso shots. I honestly didn’t have the energy to deal with them after the horrible experience so I just paid and left hoping the iced coffees would at least be tasty. Waste of my time and money. I wouldn’t bother giving these people any business.
