Honey Dew? What can I say. They almost never get my order right. Today I asked for no ice in my cappuccino's Guess what? Ice, tons of ice! First of all, we do not have the cappuccino's until after 4. So by then they suck as they are watered down. Secondly, I have sensitive teeth and cannot tolerate ice so I took the ice out today and I had a half a cup of coffee. I am paying over $6 for this coffee. Charge me a small fee for no ice if you want, but half a cup for $6 change? Really! Unacceptable. I am paying for coffee, not ice,!;!! And as a delivery customer, I am paying a premium price already. This is the only donut shop that does this. Other shops never put ice in my drinks. Also, my boss will pay for the order as we are having a meeting, but she needs a peper receipt. Without a receipt, I cannot get reimbursed so I am out $30 . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
The woman at the counter was amazing! She was polite, friendly, and efficient. She kept her cool during a super busy morning rush.
This one is cold. It has a cold feeling. The workers are not friendly like other ones. You definitely don't feel special when there and that is what sets a good coffee shop apart from a bad or ok one. The coffee here is ok and the prices are good. They don't even let you use the bathrooms making this 3 star establishment a 2 star. I can't pee when drinking a coffee. Weird I know. What are we 10. I even asked for the bathroom pass and they still said No!
My iced chai was delicious but 2x now I ordered sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. My bagel was hot, eggs lukewarm and sausage cold in the middle. I also find the pastry and donut choices very limited.
