Subway - Cranston

Disgusting to serve, terrible service, I will never return to this place, apart from very dirty!

Online says they open at 8:30am. I came around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were closed. It’s a shame because I was very hungry and looking forward to a nice sub.

2 teenagers moving snail pace and having to look at cheat sheets then unsure how to charge me on the register. An entire line built up behind me inside. Because they had the drive thru closed. The boy wasn't even sure how to use the knife. Total for head slapping moment. Hire more/better staff asap.

Worst grinders ever. Cheese was dried up, some of the meat looked bad, she told me the discolored brown bologna was normal. Both grinders tasted terrible. Never had a bad tasting grinder at subway until today!

Truly sucks. I ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies through uber eats. Subway gave me 2 burnt chocolate chip and 4 chocolate cookies. Not what I ordered. This is not my first issue with them. I went to order once and no one was at the window for 15 mins at 7pm. Needs to close down.
