Eagles Lighthouse Cafe

Tiny little place with amazing sandwiches. I was told they make their own bread, which is absolutely delicious.

For some reason this place doesn't always show on Google Maps.... but we were delighted to have a delicious breakfast here this morning. Oh, and that carrot cake was calling us all day!

Great sandwiches. Very generous serving along with great pricing. Recommend giving this place your time and money. Ps appreciate the frozen puck of coffee in the ice coffee. Great touch.

A great breakfast option when in Volcano. Parking and outdoor seating available.

Went here both mornings that we stayed in this area. The coffee and food were SO GOOD. I loved that it was open at 7am (every other place we couldn’t find didn’t open until 8, 9, or later). The breakfast bowl and breakfast sandwich were both incredible. Would come here again and again!
