China China - Craven

A man, who appeared to be a chef, came to the shop door in filthy clothes and carried the bag across the pavement, leaving a trail of chicken blood and liquid behind. More food and stock was taken from the contaminated car boot, while empty trays and boxes were put back into the car. To make matters worse, there were children in the back seats of the car. I have never seen so many hygiene violations displayed so openly and blatantly. It was disgusting, frightening, and completely unacceptable. I tried to speak to the person behind the counter to ask them to at least disinfect the shop floor and outside area, but they ignored me. I made the decision to avoid this place at all costs and have reported the incident to Environmental Health. I like to support local businesses in Settle, but not at the expense of my health and safety.

Nice and friendly staff fast service very nice food certainly recommend. Wide range of food so plenty of reason to give the place a try

We have been 3 times now and every time it’s been great. We were initially reluctant due to the mixed reviews but I would encourage you to ignore the negative ones and give it a go! You won’t regret it!

Not the best, prawn crackers tasted of washing up liquid, chips not cooked, beef ok, chicken tasteless and was also a funny taste, had much better and will not return in a hurry

Not been for a while as the food was awful every time we went. Did not disappoint this time either, the satay pork has to be some of the worse food I’ve had from there. The pork was chewy and the noddles dry. The lot went in the bin. I was ill all the next day, avoid at all costs !
