Inglenook Fish And Chip Shop - Craven

Better been twice since reopened and highly recommend. Batter is nice and crispy, chips hot and peas mushy!

This chippy is so much better now that the new owners have taken over. I’ve just had a spam fritter and chips and I really enjoyed it. The fritter batter was light and the chips were chunky and tasty. Also I’ve noticed the chippy’s opening...hours are different too, they are open more often and for longer than under the previous owners.

Give this chippie a try. New Owners and the fish is lovely and a thin and crispy batter which was excellent

Arrived at our holiday cottage late this afternoon and, being hungry after decanting our gear, I ventured to Inglenook for fish and chips. So glad I did they were delicious! Still piping hot by the time I got back to the cottage. The fish was...juicy and the batter nice and crisp and the chips well cooked and fluffy inside. Did have to wait a while due to COVID restrictions but it was worth it.

Just for the fishcakes I rate it Best ones I've ever had and went back for another one. Lovely golden batter and great tasting hand made insides. Wish this was down the road from where I live.
