The staff, particularly the manager, at this restaurant is in need of improvement. I will be contacting the head office to express my dissatisfaction with the service and performance. Refusing to provide a large cup and a bit of hot water is unacceptable. It's time to shed light on the subpar service and management at this establishment. The manager should be focusing on the employees and serving the customers better.

The Costa Coffee located in Lower County Mall is a delightful spot. I tried a flat white and Cortado, both of which were rich and satisfying. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially the well-spoken gentleman who served me. There's truly nothing like the taste of freshly ground, organic coffee. This is the perfect place to meet up with friends in Crawley. Despite being a franchise, Costa Coffee in Crawley stands out for its quality. My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that syrup is thoroughly mixed into drinks. For example, my hazelnut latte during the Christmas season had an uneven sweetness level from top to bottom. It's always a good idea to stir flavored coffees well. Overall, Costa Coffee in Crawley offers a great selection, including options like cheese and bean toasties and festive gingerbread treats. Keep up the good work, Costa Crawley!

Very rude till ladies they don't pay attention if customers give their instructions
