Mcdonald's Restaurants - Crawley

Not for the first time, disappointing. Ordered a delivery for the family as a bit of a treat. The burgers and chicken were cooked fine but all the chips in the meals were uncooked. Luckily we have an air frier and some salt at home...

I rate this as possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever eaten in, and I keep going back hoping that it has improved, but no uncooked chips cold burgers and constantly get parked up in the drive through

Service outstanding. Young man Harry (Gatwick McDonald’s )who works there , you are an absolute credit to your employer. Such a polite person very helpful.

Normal McD experience. Nothing to enthuse about but they did their job adequately. It pretty pointless expecting more.

I’ve never met such rude staff before in my life. A please, thank you, hello goodbye goes a long way. Even my 11 year old said why do people need to be so rude! Train your staff to have manners, and if they don’t have any then maybe don’t employ them. At least our food order was right this time! Shame about the nearly 30 minute wait!
