Tavern On The Green - Crawley

A pub based on watching sports. I counted 7 TV's playing the football match. Seating was very tired and it was noisy. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful and our Sunday roast was decent and reasonably priced .

The bar staff were very strict with us about the children making noise and laughing loudly. Was asked many times for us to control the children. Considering we was there for my daughters 10th birthday it was a little annoying to say the least. We spent over £300 there as a group.

Enjoyed a family lunch well presented and very well cooked. We will visit again

Tired, outdated and not keeping up to date. Menu much smaller than it used to be and quite expensive now.

Food is really good value, family and dog friendly. Staff great, happily lent us a pen so I could try and explain crosswords to the kids.
