A lot of miscommunication in this place, I ordered a large size of mash potatoes and they gave me beans and rice. I went inside of the store and is a chaos! I’m not sure if they are understaffed but there is a lot of miscommunication going on with everybody, they need more organisation.

This will be my absolute last time here I watched the workers give out free drinks and food to there ppl it’s really sad I asked for fresh chicken so manger said I had to wait 20 mins I did patiently and she asked me to pay ? 0. 20 cents for sauce but gave Julio free chicken a box he paid for nothing and the lady with him got drinks I’m over how all the locations are letting other minorities take over what others built what happened to the African American lady that started the chain did she sell the company this is it for me I’m not supporting the shame of a place that treat us like dirt ?

Terrible service from your employees today I had to cancel my order because I placed it online and when I got there to pick it up they told me that I have to line up to pick up behind all the people who are going to orderI was in there for 10 minutes and my order was never there.Why do they offer online ordering if you still have to take a turn when you arrive at the restaurant?

Great fried chicken with rice and beans combo is my favorite comfort food.
