Cold Stone Creamery - Crestview Hills

The service was slow and the staff seemed indifferent. They didn't take the time to mix my order well, and it looked nothing like the picture. The only positive aspect was that the ice cream and mix-ins were delicious.

My daughter and I visited this evening, and the place was bustling with a long line. Despite the crowd, the service was exceptional. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning more often!

The worker was very rude to us as we debated which flavors to choose. Once we decided, she rang us up and it was $18 for two small ice creams. We did not enjoy our time. Ended up throwing it away due to it melting all over me in the first 5 minutes of having it :

I wasn't aware ice cream could be this creamy, dreamy, or just so darn delicious. Cold stone Creamery is truly excellent!!
