I'm a bit shy when it comes to visiting Starbucks, but Im so glad I took a chance today. Barista Carson made me the most magical salted Carmel beverage. Also it was so beautiful made with care. Carson was kind and supportive of my indecision. Some infections Carson magic made this stop with the while. I sincerely wished I lived nearby to visit this location more. ?

Tara is the worst customer service representative this Starbucks could ever employee. I don’t know if there is a shortage in stoppers at this location, but one would think customers in a drive through probably need one as we are driving. I have to ask every single time she hands off a beverage. She rolls her eyes every single time I have to ask for one. This morning she rolled her eyes handing the beverage off as well. Why? What is the issue with a customer asking for one? Why do I never have to ask for a stopper with any other drive through associate? Why is it always mean mugging Tara? Tara is what is wrong with this location. Please retrain her and knock her off the podium that allows her to treat guests like a nuisance. Or take her off the drive through station and have her pick up all the filthy trash in the drive through. Kudos to Kroger Starbucks who always hands off with care and a smile!
Really kind barista in the drive thru thought to ask if I needed cream in my iced espresso, which I actually had forgotten to ask for. Very pleasant experience, thanks!
