To the attention of the ETS Poulaillon management. Do not take the remarks of some customers at the foot of the letter because they are often unfounded. I would like to return to Ms. Karine Ogemy’s remark if that is her name. To have attended the scene, I can tell you that this lady was very bad faith, haughty and hyper unpleasant to the point of choking her parents or beautiful parents, by her attitude. You can be proud of your staff who knows in these moments how to handle such situations. And it’s not much to say because every day there are customers of this guy. Not easy to have a smile every day with this kind of people but they do with and always very professionally. Bravo
I would like to bounce back on the unpleasant attitude of the customers of this pastries and catering bakery. Most of the time no greetings or pleases you or thank you no one knows how to live or good sense a single person cannot serve fifteen. And when the products are no longer available the waitresses cannot invent them. As for those people who take the waitresses for nothing to their exclusive service to their literally orders and to have witnessed nothing of what was said is correct I regret that the lie was not recorded of visu to prove that none of the two waitresses cited has ever stated the self saying words this day Thank you for taking into account my testimony that I can renew if necessary
Since the opening, I've been there almost every day, I've never been disappointed by the staff... and I see every day that we sometimes need steel nerves for some customers... so I'm still a loyal customer.
Very nice server service always at the right price if I have a problem with having I will see them too easy to hide behind a phone to criticize them
