Good place to eat. Love the ice cream. Chicken pieces were big. The crew is real friendly and sweet. It’s great for adults and kids. I am from out of town and I came up here to do some classes for a driving ticket and was looking for something to eat on google and came across the restaurant. I highly recommend Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

During my visit today, I encountered a frustrating experience. Before I even finished placing my order, the employee provided me with a total. I tried to explain several times that I wasn't done yet, but received no response. When I finally reached the window, I reiterated that I still needed to complete my order, but the young lady simply repeated my total without addressing my concerns about being rushed. She gave me a lackluster smile but didn't acknowledge what I had said. As a local business owner myself, I find this behavior unacceptable. Having managed restaurants in the past, I understand that this level of service is simply not appropriate. It's clear that there needs to be better training or hiring practices in place. It's disappointing, especially since the quality of the food is truly excellent; unfortunately, the poor service overshadows that.

I want to take a moment to recognize and commend the manager and the seven team members who were on duty Sunday afternoon, December 3rd, 2023. The manager was right there working alongside the staff, which included young men and women from diverse backgrounds. The entire team was not only friendly but also extremely efficient, delivering outstanding service. They all collaborated seamlessly, handling everything that needed to be done while wearing smiles! This was particularly impressive during the busy hours of 1-2 PM, when the restaurant was packed and the drive-thru was bustling. I was genuinely impressed by the strong work ethic of these young individuals—they were hardworking and quick while still maintaining a friendly attitude during the weekend rush. What stood out even more was the manager actively engaged with the team, leading with kindness, patience, and a grace that clearly comes from experience. This was such a pleasant and refreshing experience, especially during the holiday season when stress levels are often high. Kudos to everyone involved, and Merry Christmas!
