Barb's Pizza - Cromwell

Service was great. I ordered a little meat lover. it was great. flavor was a little like pepe’s, but with real crust, load paper thin cardboard. toppings where top shelf, thick pfefferoni, not really salty. genuine cheese also, not this tasteless stretch thing they get on other joints. come back.

I ordered two small pizzas online, but one of them was incorrect. I called the restaurant, and they made a new pizza for my boyfriend, but unfortunately, that one was also wrong. The staff was friendly, but I won’t be ordering from there again, as the taste was very disappointing.

Been twice for pizza and once for sandwiches. Owner is nice. Toppings are flavorful however this is not New Haven style Ahbeets. Crust is a bit thick, doughy and definitely underdone. Even asked for crispy. Sandwich order was wrong.

I really enjoy the pizza here, but my last couple of visits haven't been great. I think the owner should consider hiring a new pizza chef alongside the one who always looks half asleep. He tends to give off a negative vibe. Additionally, I still haven't received my refund because it was processed through a discount offer, which has been quite a hassle.

Decided to try this place after shopping in the plaza. spent $21 on 2 appetizers and waited 20min for cold eating. very disappointed. what made it even worse was the garlic knots were soaking in oil as they put them off their hand is covered with oil and it was hard without taste. I'm not sure if they have a free day or what, but for the prizes it's not worth it at all.
