Chick-fil-a - Cross Roads

My family had a great experience on the big opening day! It was so refreshing to see how well the staff was organized and the great amount of staff on such a busy day. Things went very smooth inside and even in the drive thru. We also celebrated my daughter's birthday on the big opening day, as it was the same day as her and the manager brought our entire board ice cream to celebration! Go on! Our city is so excited to have a local Chick-fil-A!

Celebrated my daughter's birthday breakfast here and the staff was Amazing about it. Even gave the kids ice cream cones! Thanks for making her morning Chick Fil A!!!

We had to wait almost 30 minutes for a 12 count chicken nuggets. But they were extremely apologetic and refunded our money. But we still left with delicious food!!! Great customer service!! Keep up the great work :

I've been to this location about 4 times and we love it! The staff is so kind and willing to help with any of your needs. The food is always fresh and yummy too! I wish we could afford to come more often! How do I get coupons?!
