Your Tuesday morning barista was great! I can be kind of indecisive about coffee because they’re either too strong or too sugary. She made a great recommendation and I loved my drink. She was so patient about it. I love when people make suggestions because sometimes making a choice can be overwhelming with all your choices.

Although the coffee and espresso can occasionally taste a bit over-extracted (which is disappointing), their sweet beverages are excellent. Overall, it’s a solid Starbucks, and the staff has always been friendly during my visits.

Oh my goodness, it was his birthday, and my barista, Ray, was truly a ray of sunshine! The customer service was exceptional, and Ray made sure my daughter got her unicorn drink.

This Starbucks consistently prepares my drinks perfectly and has the friendliest staff. I made the mistake of grabbing my drink from another location when I knew I would be near this one later. Fast forward to my visit to this store, where I asked if I could add some ingredients to a cup to fix my drink from the other place. The staff at the Cross Roads Store insisted on making me a brand new drink for free. Their excellent customer service and barista skills truly stood out. Thank you!
