Dunkin' - Crossville

I'm not into the hipster coffee scene, so employees talking loudly across the lobby at their friends playing on their computers isn't my cup of tea, but the Brown sugar maple bacon croissant was extremely good.

Their machines are never working. If it's not the latte machine broken ,today it was the frozen machine. Their really slow , it's nothing to wait 10 20 minutes for you order. For a newer store they sure have lots to learn about running a business.The store is in a good location. The inside is bright and cheery.

My only peeve is at Dunkin, a sweet tea cut in half is only unsweetened tea. They don't really work with the cold tea family.

A donut place with no donuts. Absolutely no donut menu whatsoever. The clerk had to ring up a donut to know the price. They are not in the business of selling donuts.I was left longing for a Krispy Kreme.Parking: There will always be one extra parking space.

Coffees we got were good however donuts we got were very stale and seemed like they had been sitting for a couple days. Service was quick utilizing the mobile app.
