Had a wonderful evening with a beautiful young lady. Had the chicken bourbon wings with a few adult beverages. The service was excellent. The wings were perfect and the beer was good and cold.

The cheeseburger was completely flavorless and tasted burnt. It was dry and lacked juiciness. If you can't make a well-done burger that is still juicy, then it probably shouldn't be on the menu. Five Guys manages to serve well-done burgers that taste fantastic, so there's really no excuse for this. The portion of fries was small, almost as if they were an afterthought. They were passable but didn't stand out at all; I’d give the burger a generous 4 out of 10. As for the $12 loaded potato skins, they were bland and lacked any real flavor. You would expect that with melted cheddar, bacon, and sour cream, there would be a delightful burst of taste, but instead, they fell flat. I suspect that either cheap ingredients are being used or the kitchen staff just isn't maximizing the potential of this dish. I’d rate the skins a 5 out of 10. The staff was very friendly, which is the only reason I'm not giving just two stars. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of nearly $60. There’s no justification for charging that much for subpar bar food. This place seems to have real potential, but unfortunately, I didn’t experience it during my visit. I genuinely support small businesses and hope for great things for them, but I don't anticipate returning. Good luck, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively; I’m just sharing my honest experience.

As newcomers to Tennessee, I searched for the best wings in Crossville and came across this gem. We decided to stop by for a late lunch, and I'm so glad we did! The moment we walked in, we noticed how clean and well-decorated the place is. We sat in the bar area and were really impressed by the bartender's friendliness. She was incredibly helpful and even offered us a sample of the Kickin' Bourbon wing sauce, which is hands down the best sauce I've ever had! We ordered the wings extra crispy, and they came out just perfect. I'm so glad we discovered this restaurant; it definitely won’t be our last visit!

The folks there were very personable and pleasant to be around. Service was outstanding and attentive despite them being short staffed and very busy. The food was excellent. A wonderful experience start to finish and we would gladly visit again andrecommend checking them out. P.S. Disregard the reviews from Karen Ceuninck and ?Marco Polo?. That party arrived after us. Iwitnessed the entitled Karen rudely approach the manager saying they?d been waiting for 20 minutes (we had only been there 10minutes at that point so that was a lie). The manager kindly explained they were short staffed due to a family emergency andwould be with them soon. They then stormed off and wrote two rude reviews because they weren?t given special treatment. Karen,if this is how you act, please don?t go out to eat. Make your own meals at home and save the lovely folks who serve our mealsthe trouble of your ill demeanor.

I visited this restaurant two nights in a row. On the first night, we waited an hour and a half for our food, which was just mediocre. I decided to give them another chance, assuming they might have been busy the previous night. However, on the second night, we were seated outside and waited for 20 minutes without even seeing a waitress to take our drink orders. I approached the bar and asked the owner about getting a drink; his response was rather rude, saying, "We'll get to you when we can." I found him to be quite unpleasant! We decided to leave and won't be returning. Additionally, their prices are very high for what you get.
