I requested a printed receipt from a cashier, who could not figure out the machine, went on to say that the store was not able to provide the proper receipt, suggested that I write it down myself on a piece of paper. I started to question the thinking behind the statement when a manager intervened, provided the receipt, when I questioned why she could accommodate my request and not the cashier she said I gave you what you wanted, what more do you want! Wow

My experience happened on July 27th with Angie W (receipt says) was suppose to get a 10% discount, when I paid the discount was not applied, cashier insisted it was on my account, dah? Manager intervened, fixed the cashier 's mistake, I asked her about why I was told different about my discount, her answer I gave you what you wanted, what more do you want? There was also a receipt issue too posted earlier this topic, isolated instance... I hope otherwise a great place in Crown Point

Everytime I come there my iced coffee tastes like pineapple or some kind of fruit ..ugh!!

The staff in the crown point location are fantastic. They remember the names of their customers and always have plenty of smiles. They go above and beyond to help!

Girls that are on morning shift are sweethearts! Absolute friendly, smiley and awesome crew!! Hot chocolate is the best I’ve I’ve had in my life and the wrap tastes like homemade! If I had a chance to give them 100 stars I’d do so! Very highly recommended!!! Owner should give them raise cause it’s very hard to find unique staff like this!I do not know their names but they are the team that was here on Monday 6, 2023 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
