I found the new owners to be quite rude, and I've noticed that the service has deteriorated significantly. It's disappointing to see how things have changed for others as well.

The new staff lacks knowledge, and the service is terrible. They served very little protein and charged me for extra meat that I neither received nor requested. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I would much rather go to Riva Road, where I can get a $5 discount or use a BOGO offer instead.

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I was disappointed with my Philly cheesesteak. There was barely any meat or cheese—mostly just onions. The taste was not good, and I ended up with a stomach ache the next day. The person at the counter asked if I wanted anything else and persuaded me to get two cookies, but this location is much more overpriced than I expected.
