Casey's - Crystal City

We used to love going to Casey's for pizza, but they have really gone downhill recently. Our order last night was probably one of the worst we've had. The pizza was cut poorly, as if a 3 year old did it. The crust was badly rolled and the toppings were uneven. We will not be ordering from Casey's again anytime soon.

I ordered online for pickup, and the pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:22. However, it wasn't ready until 5:45 as they had just put it in the oven. The cashier was playing on his phone when I walked in, and I had to wait for him to pause his show to assist me. The store was dirty and overall, I think they should consider closing this location.
