Coco Rolls Cloud Tea (thai Rolled Ice Cream, Bubble Tea, Hong Kong Egg Waffle)

My daughter loves the Thai ice and the atmosphere here! We were just there when two teenagers ordered drinks after us. One of them explained that he had a severe peanut allergy and requested the woman behind the counter to wash her hands before making their drinks. The woman assured them it was fine, saying she hadn't touched anything with peanuts. The teenager asked her to wash her hands again—three times in total. Eventually, she seemed annoyed but complied. It was so disappointing and concerning to witness this, especially since the teenager was trying to advocate for himself and eventually gave up. I wanted to step in, but I felt it wasn't my place. I regret not saying anything.

I recently discovered this place and have visited a few times. Today, I ordered the coconut toero smoothie, and I found it difficult to drink. I usually enjoy sipping, but something felt off. I sometimes anticipate encountering a large boba or a piece of ice, but when I got to the end of the drink, I was surprised to find not just one, but several large chunks of ice—around 7 to 10, all too big to fit through my straw. I really love this place for the flavor of their drinks, but given the price, I would expect better quality.

We absolutely adore this charming little dessert place! The waffles are fresh and delicious. The delightful cones were prepared quickly and looked just like the pictures. We also enjoyed the Eierkaffee. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English!

I am in love with this place. ? Their treats are great! I highly recommend and will be back.
