Copp Brewery, Winery Prohibition Grill

A huge building with lots of different seating areas. There is even a “Speakeasy” with a movable wall for an entrance. There is 16 different kinds of beer and two wines. A very eclectic building that may be in their 3 or 4th different usage. Lots of different areas and rooms including a wine room. Lots of IPAs for those that like them. This is a place to go just to see the different rooms,bars,speakeasy etc. They should have organized tours there.

My wife and I loved this place. We were there in the afternoon and pretty much had the place to ourselves. We tasted some wines and had a pretzel. Everything was delicious.

Our daughter got married in Citrus County and Copp was a hit for everyone. There was plenty of space for a large party to hang out comfortably, mingle, and play games. They were impressed with the wide selection of beers, especially the Dreamsicle Cream Ale and the King's Bay IPA. Service was great, too. I didn't order from their kitchen but others in our party did. The pretzel with cheese and onion dip was a popular choice.

A little different venue as there is no wait staff. You place your order at one of a couple locations, then go get your order when your pager sounds. Same with draft refills, you have to go back to the bar…. Regardless, a large area with a variety of seating options. Good food at a reasonable price. Oh, and the best part,… many great and unique beers (did not sample wines).
