Mcdonald's - Cuba

The restroom was filthy, with no toilet paper in the stalls and paper scattered all over the floor. The floors inside were dirty as well. They also messed up our order, only giving us half of the food and drinks we requested. Thankfully, I checked everything before we left. When I went back to address the issue, the staff member was quite rude. It might be time for an undercover boss to investigate this situation. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch.

My experience was disappointing. I waited around 12 minutes for a burger and fries. While I was waiting, I noticed three staff members in the kitchen area just playing on their phones. This was between 3 and 4 PM that day.

Food is good. But pathetic housekeeping. Dirty bathrooms. Floors are sticky tables are dirty. This seems like a family owned McDonald’s
