La Casona De Lupa - Cudillero

NO ONE speaks english. All the food is covered in fat. The staff all looks like they are forced to be there and that they hate you with all their might. So do youself a favour and STAY AWAY FROM LUPA

Even if your car breaks down in front of this hotel start walking to the next location. The people working there have such bad attitude towards clients. Uneducated, very unprofessional, the whole team is competing on who is acting worst. Really. Even the founder, an old man behaves with such bad manners towards customers in general. He has a bossing around approach for business. We were shocked by his attitude and the example he is giving to its employee’s. Not wonder every one there is following his behavior. But you reach bottom lines when it comes to food quality: the fish soup is clear on top with mud on the bottom with a few cold defrosted shrimps floating around. The potatoes and the fish were dry like forgotten for hours in their hoven. A total catastrophe, real horrors show. My son got stomach sick from what they call Pincho (chicken and cheese small sandwich). Or was it the strange fresh “orange juice” he took, difficult to say. From where I come from we said they got their 4 stars in a laundry powder box. You fired Lupa.

The owners made us pay for a very bad room at the same price as the others in our friends who are suites instead. The room was on the ground floor, adjacent to the noisy bar, overlooking the parking lot, so it is impossible to open the window because everyone can look inside and the air conditioning was turned off from 9pm. The bathroom was for the disabled, so no glass for the shower etc. but above all to our complaints they said that they had no other rooms for a wedding. They didn't tell us anything even though we booked two months before and didn't want to hear any reason, they sent a waitress who didn't even speak English and refused to talk to customers. Do not reserve there!!!

Hotel estupendo. Me encantan las habitaciones de la casona. He ido muchas veces y me encanta. Gran desayuno.

Las instalaciones estaban limpias, pero de uno de los grifos salía agua con color marrón y también del bidé. Deberían revisar ese grifo y ese bidé. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y muy atentos el personal en general. Para un día que estuvimos, no estuvo mal, pero costó caro calidad-precio.
