Carlitos Grill and Garden - Cuernavaca

Simply delicious meal. Honestly oysters plus a main course was too much. Marvelously generous margaritas. We look forward to returning.

After an afternoon Christmas shopping, my family and I stopped in Carlitos for a quick dinner. The place looked great, nice open air seating. It started out like it was going to be typical, a quiet dinner. However it quickly became apparent by the smiles and laughter of the waiters that this was anything but normal. Some of the most personable and fun waiters I have seen in Cuernavaca. We laughed until we were hurting, as the evening progressed they came by to do upside down shots of a seriously delicious ment tequila that was ice cold and divine.When we finally got to our food, they cooked the filet at the table, each and every dish was so tasty. Perfectly cooked and with a sauce that was extraordinary. The entire staff as well as the food made the experience, even the manager was awesome and stopped by to chat a couple different times.Starting with Oysters Rockafeller, ending with the Huesitos and Pepper Filet. All highly recommended dishes.We loved it so much we reserved seating for 7 for New Years Eve to enjoy the Pirate themed Fin de Ano party, and I should mention, that that includes a brunch for New Years Day.Staff at Carlito's, you totally Rock!This is a must enjoy restaurant in Cuernavaca!Cheers!

We had lunch at Carlitos. My Mexican colleague recommend a lunch item on my behalf. We had taco appetizers and then I had a stuffed pepper plus a dessert (I don't know the appropriate names because I do not know Spanish). The service was very attentive.

It is a classic restaurant in Cuernavaca, definitely a must. The menu is diverse and delicious. There's something for everyone. Andy you can tell they've been around

The "Anderson" restaurants chain is basically a guarantee that you will eat and drink well, the staff will be friendly and fun and the signs all over the place will make you laugh.
