We always have good service and friendly staff here at BWW. Our Sydney server goes beyond and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Repeat the customer several times. Awful service. Our waitress asked us for our drink order ? we order at the same time and hasn?t came back once after. Got here at 8:30pm when they close at 10 and have been waiting for 45 minutes for our food. A party of 8 came in after us ordered and got all their food within 15 minutes? Got our food right at 9:21 and our food is cold? I ordered potato wedges and I got french fries? I also ordered a side Caesar salad and there was hardly any dressing (I was trying to wait for the waitress to come back but no where in site). My boyfriends wings were room temperature and the sauce had been sitting in them to where they look mate. Overall Decatur?s Buffalo Wild Wings is 200x better

I love BWW. I don't think I've ever gotten a bad wing. We had an awesome waitress, she was the bartender also and we happen to have sat in her area. She had our drinks filled and in front of use before the last sip in the straw was gone. She has a good attitude and takes care of the customer. There were also 2 birthdays that were celebrated and it included the whole restaurant. I say Happy you say Birthday!!!!

Service was okay, alittle slow on the drink refill but not terrible. The food service was slow though. Appetizer brought to table 20 seconds before entree. Fried pickles were not fried long enough, bunch stuck together and had raw dough between them. The entree was brisket sandwich and the meat was cold. It looked good but its like they forgot to heat up the meat before putting the sandwich together. 2/5 stars.

Server was horrible. Food order was messed up and the bill had overcharges on it. Everything was fixed eventually but it ruined the dining experience. I've never had it this awful at a Bdubs before. It will be quite a while before we attempt to go back.
