We went yesterday for the All you can eat Friday Fried Catfish! The catfish and fried okra were delicious! We also loved the friendly and inviting welcome of the people working there.

This is the first time I have ever given a bad review in all the years of doing reviews on Trip Advisor. Usually if I don't care for something, I just don't do a review, but I have to say something this time. When we arrived, they were already out of fries and it was a couple of minutes before noon and they open at 11 am. I should have left right then because I did think about it. We places our order and waited an hour before our food was delivered. The server brought my husband's and told me that they were out of turkey so what else did I want. I said just bring me pork because I really want my food. They had even run out of cornbread that cones with the platters. I said what will you give us to replace the cornbread, she said all they had was a bun. I just said never mind then. After I was eating my food, I remembered that I had paid more for turkey. I went to the counter to get reimbursed for the difference. They acted like I was a total nuisance. I wouldn't have cared had the service not been so lousy and they hadn't run out of so many things. It wasn't just fries, turkey and cornbread. It was a lot of other sides after only being open 2 hours. The server voided my turkey and changed it to pork but couldn't provide me with a receipt for the total void of my original purchase but wanted me to repay for the total meal with the change in meals. I have never heard of such. Every other time I have had a transaction voided somewhere else, the receipt showed a complete void. The server got the owner on the phone and had him on speaker phone. The owner was saying rude things about me and I heard him tell then to tell me to never come back. Well, don't worry I won't be back and will tell other. I have been in banking for 31 years and know how customers should be treated. The only redeeming quality of this meal was that the food we did receive was good. If not, this review would have a 1.

I arrived around 7:30pm. After I ordered I waited for about 8-10 minutes because they didn’t have change for a 20. I ordered a half chicken platter, 6 wings and a chicken sandwich. When the half chicken came out it was cold, even the bones were cold, the wings were way overdone and I didn’t get my cornbread with the order. I took it back up to the counter and told them it was cold. When she brought my food back it was still cold and the cornbread was stale. I went to the bathroom and the door knob was snapped off, the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall and the lid on the stool was broken in half. Someone walked in on me using the bathroom because I couldn’t latch the door.

Our go to restaurant for lunch or dinner. Really like the wings (dry rub), smoked chicken and mahi sandwich.

We are out of towners but in for a softball tournament. In between games, we stopped by on a Saturday around 6pm. You walk up and order your food and choose a table, then they bring it to you. We ordered a kids grilled cheese and a plain potato, side of mac and cheese and it was $19. That seemed like wayyyyy too much money to me. The mac n cheese was in a small cup that you would get salad dressing in. We ordered 2 mixed drinks that were just pure sweet n sour. Super disappointment and 3 shots. It was $77! I wouldn't go there again.
