Pizza Hut - Cullman

They messed up both of my pizzas. Calling to complain the first time took 10 minutes to get through. I didn't discover the mistake on the second pizza until I hung up and it took 15 minutes to get through and tell them about the second, by which point the first was supposedly already on the way. The first order was placed two and a half hours ago. I still don't have the first corrected pizza. I am livid.

Our beloved Cullman, AL Pizza Hut is just slowly going to pot I am so sad to say! I would easily say that 7 of 10 visits in the last couple of years has had significant enough problems that the visits either ended with getting some kind of price reduction from them for messing up the order or leaving very dissatisfied and swearing not to go back. This visit, 12/8/18, with only two tables to even serve counting ours, they leave me sitting there without my pizza and my husband and son half finished with their pizza before I got the lady's attention to see what the holdup with MY food was. Meanwhile the second pizza did get cooked the same time the other one did and was sitting in the back getting cold and soggy. Guess what got delivered to our table with not the first hint of an explanation or apology. This management is letting a good business go straight down the drain.

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. The staff seemed indifferent to our presence and appeared uninterested in receiving tips. Our server was rude and spent most of her time outside smoking rather than attending to our needs. We never received refills on our drinks, and when I asked another employee for a refill on just one of the three drinks we ordered, he looked visibly disgusted. If you don’t want to work in the food service industry, perhaps it would be better to find a different job rather than taking it out on customers who are simply looking for a decent lunch. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism compared to the staff at the Pizza Hut in Hartselle, AL.

The customer service was poor, the establishment wasn't clean, and the food did not taste good.

We intended to dine here while passing through town, but after pulling into the parking lot, we decided to go elsewhere. The exterior of the restaurant looked uninviting, and there were no customers despite it being lunchtime, which was disappointing. Overall, it wasn't a difficult choice to make; they really need to improve the cleanliness and appeal of this place.
