Schwan Food Co - Cumberland

Absolute nightmare experience. I ordered $74 worth of food, which never arrived. I called three times. The first time, the customer service rep REFUSED to refund me. The second time, the rep assured me that I would receive my refund within 3 business days. The THIRD time, I was told that the request for the refund wasn't processed and It would take 2 to 3 WEEKS to get my money back, for an order I placed nearly a month ago and never received. I won't be spending another penny of my hard earned money at Schwans. They also wasted my time, because it was at least 20 to 30 minutes spent on the phone every time I called. Buyer beware.

Terrible delivery day late no notification an customer service saying it was delivered when it had not. Then saying she doesn't see I got charged. Which I did 64.98, then fines the charge. Proceeds to tell me it was delivered as the UPS truck is pulling up. Not usingtyhem ever again.

Schwans has the best of everything if you haven't tried everything on their menu u need to its fantastic number 1 in my opinion
