The Wandering Moose - Cumberland

We were in cumberland and enthusiastic about the shops and restaurants. but we found the wrong place to eat. the coffee was not particularly hot and was very weakly tasting. my burrito was. Maybe a little better than the cheap ones they are warming up from a food business. very hot and casual in the inner, but no taste. the wrap of my partner was just as blandy and inspiring. beautiful outdoor terrace. they order at the counter and bring the food to them.

It was a great lunch experience today. we were very warmly welcomed and sandwich suggestions offered when we were asked. a large bowl of wild Thai suppe and a grilled cheese sandwich made a delicious lunch. it was such a nice day we decided to do. Eat outside and our food was delivered nice and hot.

This place is wonderful! great selection of food for breakfast or brunch, variety of hot and cold drinks, great location with outdoor tables. the staff is very friendly and helpful. her caramel is from this world, and the grilled cheese is also delicious.

We were six nights in the Comox area and visited the migrating moose three times over two days because it was just so good! our first visit was to the breakfast before we meet our high-time photographer. the grilled egg, cheese and ham croissants came immediately and were hot. the personal was very real and friendly. we later came back the same day to have a drink. the personal remembered us and was friendly enough to ask if we had decided on a high-time place! a few days later we went back to eat at lunchtime. I am not vegetarian, but the veggie packaging was irresistible. fresh cheese, sprudel, shredded carrots, gurke, spinach, shredded cheese, all packed in a spinach wrap. that was a big package! (very generous part. my now-man had the egg, speck and cheese bagel he also enjoyed very much. we had also bananenbrot, which was delicious, moist and tasteful (no nuts or chocolate.) during this visit we were quietly reminded by the workers we thought was amazing how much foot traffic the caffe has. food was ordered at the counter, but they brought it to our table for us. there is a beautiful outdoor terrace room that has a beautiful large tree to offer some shade. some of the terrace tables also have sun umbrellas for shade. my parents also ate in this caffe a little after the third visit and they enjoyed their experience there too much. we want to return to cumberland to celebrate our high-time anniversary, and if we do, we will definitely come back to the hike moose!

Way way way too expensive! Especially the pizza, even though it was made with fresh veggies, not worth the price and very small. Rude staff. Kicks you out of seating in the town square, even when there are seats available for paying customers.
