Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Quick service and awesome fries, but the burgers and melts had a taste reminiscent of a dirty grill—lacking in flavor. Once again, the fries were excellent!

The custard here is consistently fresh, creamy, and delicious—definitely the best in the area. My kids and I really appreciate the friendly staff, who even brought our food right to the table. Overall, it's just a great atmosphere!

The sandwiches are excellent, but the Chicken Tenders for kids are just two small, somewhat tough pieces, with more breading than actual meat. The fries for kids were quite greasy and broken. However, the cone ice cream was fantastic. I deducted one star mainly because of the kids' meal.

This is a good place to go if you want some onion rings and a hot dog with or without chili. The hamburgers are very good and the milkshakes are very thick and creamy! This place isn 't cheap like some other fast food restaurants so be prepared to pay about $15 for a burger, fries or onion rings and a milkshake! I wouldn 't call this place my go to place by any means this is more like one of those places I visit if I want to treat myself.

My family has always loved the taste of Freddy's food and today they went above and beyond. I had an issue with the rewards program and the manager, Josh, stepped in to make it right immediately! His professionalism and commitment to customer service was exemplary! This is why my family will continue to come back time and time again. Well done Josh and the Freddy's crew!Kid-friendliness: The cashier, Riley, took the time to explain to my kids what the options were for ice cream and that made the ordering experience much easier than it typically is for us.
