Moe's Southwest Grill - Cumming

My family adores Moe's. We make sure to visit every year when we are in Florida. We were pleasantly surprised to find one during our trip to Atlanta. I ordered a bowl and it was excellent. There are only 2 chain food places in our small town.

The customer service is top-notch and the food is delicious! Justin, the manager, is exceptional. When there was an issue with my large order, Justin took the time to assist and make sure everything was prepared to my liking. It's rare to find this level of service, but Moe's always delivers!

There are many fast service restaurants in the burrito/burrito bowl market. Even within the same franchise they can very wildly based upon product freshness and preparation. This location is exceptional. Well prepared ingredients, courteous staff and a clean dining room. I'll be back.

I love Moes, but this visit was disappointing. The highlight was the guy behind the counter who made the experience worth 3 stars. I have a milk allergy, so I carefully checked my order to ensure it was safe for me to eat. I ordered a basic Burrito Steak salad with white rice and guacamole, but was shocked when I was charged extra for it. My friend's burrito had more ingredients but was not charged extra. I also had to ask for chips multiple times and was given a small amount in the end. Overall, not a great experience at Moes.
