Bidra med feedback"The beef pho here is fantastic. They offer spare ribs, which is a rare find. I highly recommend trying it at least once, but suggest sticking to the standard style next time for easier eating."
The Pho at this restaurant is truly fantastic, but the parking lot is quite small. About half of the lot has been converted into outdoor dining, and there are not many nearby lots to use. Despite the challenging parking situation, the service is good and the food is delicious. I'm not a big fan of Pho, but this place does it really well. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. If I ever crave Pho again, this will be the first place I think of!
Updated review 8/24/2021: Water is now free at Pho Ha Noi, whereas bottles used to be sold for $1. I enjoyed the pho dac biet for $15, a side of beef rib for $6, and a Chinese bread stick for $2.25. The food was fantastic as usual. Updated review 7/18/2021: Outdoor dining was unavailable due to short staffing, so I dined indoors. I had the beef rib pho, which was delicious. I also ordered garlic noodles and a side of beef rib, but found the garlic noodles lacking in flavor. The service was excellent, and my total bill was $30 including tax and tip. Original review: During my visit on 5/2/2021, I enjoyed a bowl of beef rib pho for $13.45 and pork spring rolls for $8.25 at Pho Ha Noi. The broth was flavorful, and the pork spring rolls had a unique crunch from a deep-fried egg roll wrapping underneath. Please note that they do not offer sugarcane drinks at this location like they do in San Jose.
Massive pho portions and plenty of seating in this vietnamese restaurant. the famous 1lb short rib pho was pretty good with large portions. my leftovers overfilled the take out container. would come back to try other dishes/pho.1lb short rib pho, thin noodles: short rib was tasty but a little hard to eat. large portions. broth was tasty. would get thick noodles next time since thin noodles fell apart. prefer sliced beef in pho over short rib.
I really wanted to try this place and what could be best to have lunch on a Friday. Since the chicken is with bones, I decided to have the shrimp one. The service is really great, everything seems very structured. Each table gets a new paper sheet to cover and then the server takes your order and in no time the food is on your table. I ordered the black bean in coconut juice which is kinda dessert too. The food is delicious and the ambience is huge and packed. Try it out if you haven't!
