Temari Sushi - Curacao

I work on a cruise ship and I visit temari sushi every time we stop in curaçao. they have many vegan options, and I have worked my way through the menu. I have not been disappointed by the options so far. also the owners are really beautiful people!

I was impressed by her decent vegan sushi menu. no mock meat on this menu is tropical fruits and vegetables with teriyaki sauce and sushi rice to make dishes that are their own. the miso nudelsuppe was a bit spoiled, but the sushi made it in spaten.

Such a lovely place, they had a lottttt of vegan options (a whole separate menu). We came 2 times and tried the fried dumplings, springrolls, the Vuna sushi roll (roasted watermelon and tempura), the Kari-Kari (with tofu and carrot), a sushiroll with tempura inside and a sushi roll with a springroll inside and teppanyaki mushrooms with fried rice. The sushi rolls are very big, everything is fresh and delicious! We came back for the Vegan breakfast (a lot of options with “oat porridge banana brulee” typical cornbread with guacamole, beans and scrambled tofu. And as a dessert the curcuma pancakes. All soooo fresh and delicious! We DEFINITELY recommend this. Updated from previous review on 2021-07-10

We went there twice, once we ate there and the second one take-away. Just ask for the vegan menu and you'll have a big choice.
