Buffalo Wild Wings - Cutler Bay

Typical bar and grill style. Wings are good, not the best.

This is the worst. I work in a bar food service, and I would never allow my employees to treat customers like this. We came on a Fri night around 11 there were at least 11 employees we saw that were all sitting in a back booth playing around and only 3 groups of customers. We waited to be seated and had to wait another 20.min just to get a waitress. Had to ask 3 times where our drinks were. They have no clue or any urgency to help . The food all came out wrong. The only one working was a little girl in the back that had to bring our food cause the waitress was no where to be found. I am a big tipper and will always order many drinks but I only ordered 1 beer and my daughter got a water cause you just couldn't any of the 11 employees to get up and take care of you. I will not be tipping well today if at all. I make my living off tips but these people don't deserve a dime. Worst ever no wonder it was empty. This puts a bad name to Buffalo Wild wings.

If you want bad service and bad food. This is your place. I wish this the first time we have wrote off this place but it’s not. We have tried multiple times to come back and every time it’s an issue with either staff or food. BWW can not get their act together.

I’m sorry but this location needs to be shutdown. Ordered on the BWW app for delivery, didn’t get half the food, wings had no sauce and I’m told they won’t credit my points back for the missing items. Additionally, this location smells, bathrooms are always dirty. It’s needs to go honestly.
