Bidra med feedbackI just went at 12.52 to get something to eat and I called hello hello hallo, and nobody answered, I'm going around because the whole light was up, and I don't see anyone, and then comeback and I horn twice and they answered, I ask if they sleep? And they said no, I'm asking for my food and told me that only number 1.2 and 3. Sr and Miss for your service.
This time has definitely been the last time I go to this location. I usually have to go because it is the closest to my house but this time was the last. Whenever I go they either screw up my orders or give me attitude. the owner or manager should check the training given to their workers on how to treat the customer and how to prepare the food. I also work in a food place and the most important thing is our clients and of course making the orders as they ask. Very disappointing.
Love this McDonald's for order online and picking up curbside. My order is always correct and the wait isn't too long. Better than sitting in the long drive thru line.
Lines are always long. Drive through Customer Service needs to improve. They treat you as if they're giving you free food. Be careful asking for straws or napkins. They'll chew you entirely. Management needs to seriously review team members attitude.
Horrible experience doing breakfast only two people working inside the line of cars comes all the way out to the street need better management. Ask for pumpkin spice coffee and was given caramel coffee way too strong and sweet.
