Dunkin' - Cuyahoga Falls

I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location! I am able to get my favorite snack, the bacon sandwich, most of the time in the afternoon. Unfortunately, many other Dunkin' Donuts locations do not restock the sandwich once it sells out. My only issue is that it can be difficult to find donuts in the afternoon or early evening.

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent - forget about the cheap stuff and opt for the quality brew they serve here. And don't forget to grab a doughnut while you're at it, as I hear they make them better than even Krispy Kreme.

Dunkin Donuts is known for their quick service but unfortunately, my experience at this particular Dunkin location was anything but fast. It took a frustrating 16 minutes just to place my order at the drive-thru, despite there only being 8 cars ahead of me. The coffee seemed to be made in bulk and the food was hastily reheated in a microwave. It then took an additional 8 minutes to reach the payment window and another 3 minutes to actually receive my order. In total, it took a ridiculous 27 minutes just to order a sandwich and coffee. Overall, the slow service at this Dunkin location was disappointing and hard to understand.

If you enjoy starting your mornings with a side of stress, then this is the restaurant for you. The person who usually takes orders at the drive-through in the mornings seriously needs to work on their attitude. It is quite ridiculous and embarrassing. If you dislike your job that much, perhaps it would be best to find another one!

This place sucks. Whenever they botch your order, they just shrug because they can't refund your purchase through the app. They've told me to come talk to the manager (who apparently leaves at noon and rarely shows up anyway) TWICE this week aboutwrong orders. My order apparently didn't go through whatever their trash system is, and somebody there told me the manager won'tallow them to make orders unless they have a ticket. I literally show them the order on my app, the time, the item, and thestore. They keep blaming the manager. It's a total joke, and I guarantee if I ever get to speak to the manager, they'll becompletely incompetent.
